I originally thought 1 capsule was 1000 mg of vitamin C, but it turns out I need 2 for that dosage. I've been taking 3000 mg daily, and my menstrual pain has been easier to manage, reducing my reliance on loxonin for chest pain. I previously took many more tablets, but I’ve now managed with less than 5. My experience has improved over the last few months, and I aim to decrease my loxonin intake further.
